• +3 years of proven sales and business development experience in Private Lending for Real Estate investors (Required).

Position Overview

The Loan Officer / Account Executive is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing private real estate loans, primarily focused on investor-driven transactions ( fix & flip, ground-up construction, bridge, and DSCR loans ). This role serves as a strategic partner to real estate investors, brokers, and referral partners while driving loan volume, portfolio quality, and long-term relationship growth.

The ideal candidate blends sales acumen, underwriting knowledge, and investor awareness, with a strong understanding of private lending credit, collateral-based risk, and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and manage private real estate loans from initial prospect through funding
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and referral partners
• Manage pipeline and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closings
• Ensure compliance with credit guidelines, documentation standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient closings and post-close follow-up
• Manage pipeline activity, documentation, and reporting within the CRM accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Private Lending for Real Estate Investments .
• Proven experience with Bridge , Fix & Flip , DSCR , and Ground-Up Construction loan products.
• Proven track record of loan origination and closing volume in investor-focused real estate lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of loan origination and underwriting processes.
• Established book of business specializing in RTL (Residential Transition Loans) or DSCR (Debt-Service Coverage Ratio) loans .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
